1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine above ingredients, cook 5 minutes or until thick. Drain beets. Add beets to sauce. Let stand an hour or 2 before serving to gain flavor. Reheat and serve.
