BEEF BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 lb. shoulder roast, diced
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. baby lima beans
1 can tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 sm. can corn
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can beef broth
2 cans water

Brown beef in oil. Add beef broth and water and simmer 1 hour. Then add beans, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Simmer about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add sugar and corn. Simmer about 10 more minutes. Serve hot with corn bread or saltines.
