(GEORGIA) BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 hog head
1 qt. cream style corn
2 to 3 qts. canned tomatoes
2 lbs. ground beef
3 to 4 lg. onions
1 red pepper, diced

Cook all meat before grinding. Boil hog head until tender. Remove meat from head. Boil chicken and remove meat. Brown ground beef. Grind all ingredients except corn, pepper, and onions. Dice pepper and onions. Salt and pepper to desired taste. Combine all ingredients and cook 30 minutes or until it starts to boil. Simmer for several hours if time permits.
