Spread small rounds of toast or round crackers with a mixture of cream cheese softened with mashed jellied cranberry sauce. Dip edges of the canapes in chopped parsley to give the wreath effect. Garnish with small triangular bits of cranberry sauce to represent bow. Serve with the first course.
