5 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 lb. bulk sausage (mild or hot - your choice)
8 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, melted (I like extra sharp)

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Use hands. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Place on foil lined cookie sheet and freeze. Do not let them touch.

Once frozen, place in Ziploc style bag and store in freezer until party time.

When ready to use, take out what you need and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
