EXTRA CHEESEY LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato paste
1 small box lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Brown meat and onion together and drain. Add garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend tomatoes in food processor or blender until smooth. Add to meat. Add tomato paste and simmer a few minutes.

NOTE: This should be a thick meaty sauce with very little juice.

In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, cover bottom completely with single layer of noodles. Add half of sauce. Sprinkle with half of the Mozzarella cheese and half of the Cheddar. Repeat with another layer of noodles, remaining sauce and both kinds of cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
