MOTHER'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (or can use equal amount of canned sweet potatoes)
1 scant tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
Small amount of salt

TOPPING:

1 c. (packed) dark brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Spray large casserole with non-stick spray. Mix sweet potato ingredients and put in casserole. Mix topping, cutting in the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
