SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lb. smoked sausage or Polish Kielbasa, cut into 6 equal portions
Salt, pepper

In heavy skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove. Add potatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery and onion to bacon drippings. Fry over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. When vegetables are tender, place sausage over top. Heat covered for 12 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly heated. Top with bacon, crumbled.
