SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 can crabmeat or equal amount of imitation crabmeat
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. parsley
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 cans med. sized shrimp
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. bread stuffing mix
1 tbsp. dried green pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish. Put crushed potato chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
