SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. diced crab, salmon, shrimp, ham, or chicken
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
Grated cheese for topping

Put 1/2 of diced bread in 9 x 13 baking dish, then mix meat, mayonnaise, and chopped vegetables together and spread over diced bread. Top with remainder of diced bread.

Mix milk and beaten eggs together, pour over and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 235 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and pour soup over and top with grated cheese. Bake one hour.

This is very good with any one of the meats. We have tried them all; we especially liked the crab or salmon.
