DAN'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 c. onion, diced
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned & chopped
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
Swiss cheese, grated to cover top

In large frying pan, saute onion in butter until tender; do not brown. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add crab meat, salt and pepper. Pour in sherry. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly over very low heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly, if dry, add half and half until creamy. Spoon into a 4-quart casserole dish and top with Swiss cheese. Cook in a 325 degree oven until cheese melts. Serves 2.
