ORE-IDA HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. Frozen Hash Brown (ORE-IDA)
1 cup Diced Onions
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
1 pint Sour Cream
1 stick butter (Melted)
1 cup Grated Cheddar or American Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste (Just a Pinch, Soup is Already Salty Enough)

Melt butter and mix with soup. Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and mix again.

Bake uncovered in a 9x13 pan at 350°F for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and frozen before baked.
