WHITE SAUCE AND PEAS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked & drained or 1 c. canned peas, drained

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and salt. Slowly add milk stirring until thick and smooth. Add peas to mixture. Serve hot over salmon cakes.
