HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore Ida hash browns, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients except topping. Place in a greased 9"x13" pan. Spread topping mix on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15.
