HASH BROWN POTATO PIE 
five large eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 to 4 c. Ore-Ida Country Style hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat together eggs and milk in a medium bowl; stir in hash browns, onion, salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in 1 c. of the cheese and 1/2 of the bacon. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle remaining bacon and cheese over top of pie and continue baking for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. This dish can be refrigerated over night and baked the following morning.
