FLUFFY CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) can ready to spread vanilla frosting
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese, frosting and juice at medium speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream; pour over crust. Chill until firm. Arrange cherries on top of cheesecake.
