SHORT RIB CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. short ribs
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. sliced onions

Put short ribs, flour, salt, and pepper in paper bag and shake well. Place ribs in 4 quart casserole dish. Combine sugar, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl and stir well. Pour mixture over ribs. Place sliced onions on top. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Yields 4 servings.
