1 large bottle Zesty Italian Dressing 3 bunches green onions with tops (sliced very thin) 2 c. chopped white onion 1/2 c. choppeed Jalepinos 1 whole garlic clove (chopped) 1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos 1 lb. dried blackeyed peas 1 pinch of love Soak dried peas overnight. Drain and put fresh water in them. Cook 40 minutes. Drain. Cool. Add 2 cups (1 large bottle) Zesty Italian dressing and remaining chopped ingredients. Salt to taste. Refrigerate. Will keep several weeks. Serve with large corn chips or wheat thins. Excellent for New Years Eve. |
