HAMBURGER PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. cheese
Enough mashed potatoes to fill pie plate

Mix 1/2 can soup and rest of the ingredients; except for potatoes and cheese. Press firm into large pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat and frost with mashed potatoes. Top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
