MELISSA'S PASTA SALAD | |
This is the basic recipe. 1 (16 oz.) box bow-tie pasta, cooked per pkg. directions 1 large cucumber, sliced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 large tomato, diced 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (your favorite) McCormick's salad supreme, to taste (find it in the spice aisle) In a large bowl mix all ingredients together (preferably the night before). Cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator to chill overnight or for a few hours before serving for maximum flavor. For variation, you may also add mushrooms or other vegetables, chunked cheeses; chunked ham or salami. Submitted by: Melissa Dudley |
