JILL'S SUMMER PASTA SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. tri-color curly pasta (rotini) 3 medium to large carrots, sliced 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper lemon juice Boil pasta according to directions on package and steam carrots. After draining, combine both in a medium-size bowl. Add olive oil, basil, garlic salt, parsley and pepper, stirring well after each addition. Heat together in microwave to combine taste.
