JESS' COLD PASTA SALAD 
This is a good salad to make ahead. When making ahead do not add the dressing until an hour before serving.

1 (16 oz.) box tri-color rotini noodles, cooked
1 cucumber, quartered and diced
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can sliced olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) block cheddar cheese, cut into squares
1 (8 oz.) block Provolone or Mozzarella cheese, cut into squares
Salad Supreme, to taste (McCormick Perfect Pinch)
1 (12 to 16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (Kraft Zesty Italian is best)

Cook pasta according to package directions and let cool to room temperature.

Mix all vegetables, olives and cheese in a big bowl.

Add noodles to vegetable and cheese mixture. Add Salad Supreme to your standards.

Finally, add Italian dressing to noodle mixture and mix.

Best if chilled for at least and hour in refrigerator before serving.
