CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. water chestnuts
3/4 c. almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. herb stuffing mix

Mix all ingredients except cheese and stuffing. Put in a buttered casserole, add stuffing and cheese to top and bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
