SUMI SALAD 
1/2 shredded cabbage
1/8 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/8 c. toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions and tops, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (save until just before serving)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Pepper

Toss first 4 ingredients, then mix in dressing. Add noodles just before serving so that they stay crunchy.
