SUMI SALAD 
1/4 c. plain sesame seed
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. oil
1 head cabbage, chopped fine
8 green onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar (or you can use white)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pkgs. Snack Ramen chicken flavored noodles, uncooked

Brown the sesame seeds and almonds in the 2 tablespoons oil. (Keep the heat low so they won't burn). Mix the remaining ingredients except for noodles and add to cabbage and onions along with the sesame seeds and almonds. Then add the noodles (crushed up) and add the flavor packets and stir all together.
