SUMI SALAD 
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. oil
1 head cabbage, chopped fine
2 pkg. ramen noodles, broken
6 chopped green onions

Brown seeds and nuts in oil. Mix with rest of ingredients. Add dressing, toss and let stand several hours or overnight. Serves 8.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix well.
