RAW APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well in order given. Bake in 325 degree oven.

FROSTING:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat and spread on cake.
