EGG NOG 
6 eggs, separated
1/2 c. Canadian Mist (bourbon)
1 qt. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream

Bowl 1: Beat egg whites very stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar.

Bowl 2: Add bourbon and 1/2 cup sugar to egg yolks and beat until lemony yellow.

Bowl 3: Whip whipping cream. Fold egg whites into whipping cream, then fold egg yolks into egg white and cream mixture.

Pour over half gallon block of vanilla ice cream in punch bowl.
