BEST EVER SALMON LOAF 
2 lb. canned salmon
3 eggs, separated
8 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted

Drain and mash salmon. Separate eggs and beat yolks. Add yolks to salmon. Then add yogurt and melted butter and bread crumbs to salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into salmon mixture. Put into a well greased 9 x 5 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
