SALMON LOAF 
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Saute the above ingredients. Pour 1 cup tomatoes over this. Drain and reserve liquid from 1 can salmon.

Mix together and add to salmon and salmon liquid:

1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
Garlic to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Put in loaf pan and bake until firm and brown.
