1 pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk

Crumble 2/3 package Oreo cookies; press on bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip together. Mix milk and pudding mix together until thick. Combine pudding with Cool Whip mixture and put on top of crumbled cookies. Crumble rest of cookies and put on top of pudding.
