CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
4 to 5 apples, peeled
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 sm. pkgs. black cherry Jello
1 c. celery, chopped (optional)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 orange & rind, grated
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Grind or crush cranberries. Mix together water; gelatin, Jello and sugar; add to cranberries. Grind other ingredients and add to gelatin mixture. Mix well and add nuts and mix. Spray molds with Pam. Pour salad into molds and chill until set, overnight if possible. Yield 12 servings.
