CRANBERRY RELISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw cranberries

Grind cranberries and the whole orange after removing seeds. Mix with sugar and let stand while preparing gelatin mixture. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in gelatin which has been softened in two tablespoons of cold water. Cool and when mixture is just about ready to set, fold in fruit mixture. Mold as desired in individual or one large mold. May be used as a relish or salad.
