SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled & mashed
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Beat together. Place in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter

Crumble together and sprinkle evenly over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
