CORN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn
1 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, about 1 hour. 4 to 6 servings.
