CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. crab meat
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
10 stuffed green olives, sliced
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper to taste
Lettuce

Beat oil and vinegar in a large bowl with a wire whisk. Add all ingredients except mayonnaise and lettuce. Mix gently. Add enough mayonnaise to blend ingredients together. Chill and spoon on lettuce leaves. Yield: 4.
