CRAB SALAD 
1/2 lb. crab meat
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
10 stuffed olives, sliced
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce

In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, beat together the oil and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients except the mayonnaise and lettuce and mix gently. Add enough mayonnaise to bind the ingredients together. Chill thoroughly. Spoon the crab meat mixture onto the lettuce and serve cold. Serves 4.
