CRAB CAKES 
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
2 tsp. mustard
2 beaten eggs
Dash salt
Salad oil

Saute celery, onions in butter. Mix bread crumbs, crab meat, and rest of ingredients. Form into patties. Fry in salad oil until brown.
