JOY'S CRAB SALAD 
2 doz. boiled crabs
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
6 oz. Minute Maid frozen lemon juice
6 oz. olive oil
5 toes of garlic
2 whole lemons
A sprig of parsley

In large covered container crack claws and remove shells. Clean crabs and break in half. Leave in the yellow fat and orange eggs for flavor. Add Italian dressing, lemon juice and olive oil. Chop the garlic fine, slice the lemon into thin round slices and then cut these into small wedges. Chop sprigs of parsley fine for color.

Combine with crabs and put in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days shaking container gently 2 or 3 times per day and enjoy!
