CHICKEN FRUIT LUNCHEON SALAD 
4 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and toss until well combined. Serve on crisp lettuce cups. Yield: 10 servings.
