ORANGE BUBBLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 cans (10 each) biscuits
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dried grated orange rind

Cut biscuits into 4 pieces. Mix rind and sugar. Dip each piece of biscuit into butter and then into rind sugar mixture. Arrange in layers in tube pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately.
