PINEAPPLE BUBBLE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 c. drained crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. cinnamon FROSTING: 1 c. sifted powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. milk Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cake cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans. Mix frosting together to a drizzling consistency. Punch holes in top of cake. Drizzle frosting over cake and in holes. |
