MARSHMALLOW FUDGE | |
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 4 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 3 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. chopped nuts 4 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows or 13 oz. creme Stir milk and sugar together in heavy 4 quart saucepan. Add marshmallows and butter. Cook over low heat until melted. On medium heat, bring mixture to full boil. Stir 4 more minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cool. Candy may be refrigerated or frozen once it's set. Yield: approximately 5 pounds. |
