MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
Combine 1 jar marshmallow cream, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly, over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 2 (6 oz.) packages chocolate chips and stir until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Makes about 2 1/4 pounds.

SUBSTITUTE: Butterscotch chips for chocolate.
