CREAM CHEESE FUDGE CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury fudge cake
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Put 1/2 batter in pan. Cream together filling ingredients. Put all of filling on top of 1/2 batter. Place remaining batter on top of filling.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Rich and Easy frosting mix
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. lukewarm water
Marshmallows, cherries and nuts (optional)
