BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
French bread (broken into pieces to cover 9x13" pan) 1/2 stick butter 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 lb. sausage 1 scant tsp. salt 10 eggs (beaten with mixer) Cook sausage; drain well. Melt butter in 9x13 inch dish. Layer bread, sausage and cheese. Beat eggs and other ingredients. Pour over layers. Chill for 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. |
