BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
10 slices bread, cubed 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 lb. pkg. Little Smokies or Brown-N-Serve sausage (pan fried & cut into 1" pieces) 8 eggs & 1 1/2 c. milk (beat together pour over top) 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained over top (optional) 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup over top 1 can (4 oz.) drained mushrooms over top Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam and add ingredients in order listed. Bake 1 hour at 300-325 degrees. |
