BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
2-4 slices white bread, broken up
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6-10 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Put bread in 13"x9" pan or casserole, cover bread with sausage then layer of cheese. Mix other ingredients and pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
