EGG BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. cheese, diced
2 c. ham, diced
1/2 c. butter
6-7 eggs
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread cubes into greased pan. Add a layer of cheese and a layer of ham. Pour melted butter over all. Blend eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight.

In morning, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This is delicious. Good to have for a breakfast crowd.
