BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
16 slices bread, crust removed
8 slices ham
8 sliced Old English cheese
Beaten eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. crushed cornflakes

Line pan with half of bread. Layer ham, cheese, and cover with beaten eggs. Mix milk, mustard, and salt; pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add butter and corn flakes; bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees for 50 minutes at 300 degrees. Cut and serve.
